This coffee is Rainforest Alliance Certified, comes from the Kintamani Highlands in Bali and is typically harvested once a year July thru October. The coffee is hand picked, dried on mats to 40% moisture, then hulled resulting in a very Best of Bali--a flavorful smooth cup of coffee.
